Joe Heim is a photographer who loves interacting with nature. Exploring the genetic relationship between humans and nature has been a driving force in his work for years. When he's not out creating images, Joe spends his free time camping, climbing, slacklining, surfing, snowboarding, and getting lost in the outdoors.
He had a very exciting and impressive academic career at George Mason University and graduated in 2014 with a BFA in photography. He was recognized as a GMU School of Art Ambassador, and received the College of Visual and Performing Arts, George W. Johnson Endowment and Joanne Ferris Johnson Scholarship.
Joe is a dedicated professional with over five years of professional experience and three years of experience in marketing and retail management. He specializes in creating photographs using various camera systems; developed nearly a decade of experience editing photos on multiple platforms.
